Beyond the basic plan, there are five add-ons you can book individually. Every booked add-on is consolidated on the monthly hosting invoice. One invoice, one total. Add-on pricing depends on project scope and is agreed in conversation.
Priority Support
Priority handling of your change requests (combinable with Update Credit)
Clients with update credit are processed first. In practice: change requests are split into two groups. Clients with pre-purchased hours go first. Those without credit go into the regular request queue. That means you know when your request will be handled. We know you're coming. No back-and-forth coordination, no "when do you have time?"
Update Credit
Pre-purchased hours for changes to text, images, or structure
Separately bookable hours for text, image, or structural changes. Not included in the basic plan, but on the same monthly invoice. If you pre-purchase two hours per month, for example, you pay a fixed amount as part of the monthly total. No open hourly rate, no quote request before every small change. Once the volume is reached, we check in briefly before continuing. Clients with pre-purchased hours automatically receive priority handling.

Keywords that worked a year ago may be off-target today. Checking regularly means catching early what still fits and what needs adjusting. Monthly: keyword check, Core Web Vitals, load time, local geo-targeting. Recommendations come in writing. Implementation on request, within the booked update credit.

Monthly performance report or monthly feedback call
Once a month, a short report: what is performing well on the website, what could be improved, what would make sense next. If there are open questions, we work through the first reports together in a short call. After that, the written report stands on its own. An overview, without you having to invest your own time.
